At Trill Impact, we strive to create positive returns and impact for people, planet and investors. Central to success is our dedicated team and impact-driven culture. We are excited to now take another step in our growth journey, by welcoming nine talented new hires.

Trill Impact’s advisory team  

Our Impact Private Equity strategy has grown with four additional investment advisory professionals, who all bring with them strong private equity experience:

Hanna Eiderbrant, Investment Director, Stockholm 

Hanna has more than ten years of experience as an investment professional, including roles as Principal at Patricia Industries, Principal at Verdane Capital and Investment Manager at Ratos.

Michaela Appelkvist, Investment Manager, Stockholm

Michaela has worked 4 years at EQT, focusing on private equity investments in both private and publicly listed companies within Northern Europe; primarily within the healthcare, tech, services and industrials sectors. She has also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co. in London.

Maja Förberg, Investment Associate, Stockholm 

Maja comes from the Nordic-based private equity firm Alder, which invests in environmentally sustainable industry and technology sectors. Prior to that she worked at Paine Schwartz Partners in New York, a private equity firm focusing on sustainable food chain investing.

Alexander Raza, Investment Associate, Stockholm

Alexander has a background from EQT, focusing on public investments in European mid-cap companies. His prior experience includes M&A and ECM at Bank of America, financial due diligence at EY and private equity at Bridgepoint.

Trill Impact’s Operations team

Alongside with our investment advisory teams, our Operations team has also expanded. New professionals include:

Ludvig Berglönn, Legal Manager, Stockholm

Ludvig’s previous experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Gernandt & Danielsson, a Swedish boutique law firm where he mainly focused on M&A and capital markets transactions. He also has experience from a one-year secondment at Nordic Capital in Stockholm.

Karin Källén, Communication Manager, Stockholm

Karin has more than 15 years of experience from communications and marketing within the corporate sector. Before joining Trill Impact, she worked as Digital Communications Manager at Global Child Forum, an organization encouraging global companies to implement child rights into their operations and providing the investment community with company specific benchmark data, to enhance their decision-making processes.

Jennica von Arnold Petersen, Executive Assistant, Stockholm

Jennica worked for 23 years at EQT in diverse responsibilities, ranging from receptionist duties to office administration and finance support roles. In the latter part of her tenure, she was an Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives and the management team.

David Gembala, Senior Finance Manager, Luxembourg

David has worked at PwC, where he gained knowledge of the private equity structures and the financial market in Luxembourg. Most recently he spent over four years at Macquarie Asset Management, managing a range of portfolio companies and working on complex acquisitions of infrastructure groups.

Paulina Kletschke, Legal Associate, Luxembourg 

Paulina has experience from the private equity investment market in Luxembourg. Most recently she worked as a legal associate at Tristan Capital Partners LLP, focusing on real estate investments. She has also worked at IQEQ, where she monitored and maintained corporate governance and legal compliance for Luxembourg investment vehicles.
