In April 2025, Trill Impact was announced to be the Swedish winner of SHE Index, an index focusing on gender equality that aims to contribute to closing the gender gap. Trill Impact's score of 92.8 was the highest score among all participating companies in Sweden with more than 50 employees who chose to be transparent with their results. 

To celebrate the recognition, our Founder and Managing Partner, Jan Ståhlberg, gave his view on the importance of advancing gender equality, in an interview to be found here. The interview was also included in the SHE Index Report 2025. 

To further our commitment towards a gender balanced working environment, Trill Impact is also a member of the Level20.

  • Advisory office in Munich

  • Trill Impact partners with Nordomatic, financed by a sustainability-linked loan
  • Trill impact signs a fund-level sustainability-linked revolving credit facility for its Private Equity strategy
  • Trill Impact signatory to the Operating Principles for Impact Management and further key impact frameworks 
  • Trill Impact member of the Swedish National Advisory Board for Impact Investing
  • Private Equity impact and ESG carried interest mechanism developed

  • Founded in 2019 by Jan Ståhlberg, with the purpose to become a force for positive change through impact private investments
