In the position as Business Analyst, you will work closely together with the Finance Directors and Managers for the Buyout funds. You will report to the CFO and be part of a team consisting of nine members. You will further develop your skills and understanding of key financial matters for impact funds and play an important role in ensuring financial agility for Trill Impact. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with solid business acumen skills.

While the role is already established within the finance team, you will have significant opportunities to influence its development and shape how the work is carried out. Over time, there are many possibilities to grow within different areas depending on your interests and experience, with a potential career path towards a Financial Manager role. The position is located at Trill Impacts’s head office in central Stockholm. The position will occasionally include traveling.

You will primarily work with the following tasks:

• Support CFO in having a global view of the Group’s and Fund’s financials
• Treasury – including Liquidity planning, cash management for the Funds and the Trill Impact Group
• Business controlling – including assist in preparing and follow up of Budgets, cost control management and RCF work 
• Ad hoc tasks and participate in different projects within Trill Impact

Experience and qualifications

You have an academic degree in finance or related field and at least 2-5 years’ experience from an analytical financial role. We think you may currently be working within transaction services, corporate finance or in a similar position with experience from private equity, M&A or asset management. You have a good understanding of company valuations and returns and experience from various financial modelling tasks (Excel). You are fluent and have strong proficiency in English.

To succeed in this position, you need strong analytical skills, a business mindset and endurance in your work. You are results-oriented, diligent and can work effectively independently as well as in a team environment. As you will work closely with many stakeholders, you can navigate different perspectives and priorities and adapt accordingly.
