Ole is an Investment Director at Trill Impact Advisory, focusing on Impact Private Equity. He has more than 15 years of professional experience from private equity and investment banking. Before joining Trill Impact, he was a principal investor and executive chair for private high-growth ventures. His other experience includes positions as Director at EQT Partners, Executive Director and Associate at Goldman Sachs, and Senior Associate at Equinor (Statoil ASA). 

Ole holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, Columbia University in New York.
