Real Returns Lasting Impact

On November 24, the PRI released its 2025 Assessment Report, where Trill Impact achieved five stars across all relevant categories. While already receiving top marks in 2024, further improvements have been made across key areas this year, primarily within external reporting and the internal review of processes and data quality.

The Impact Review 2024 highlights how Trill Impact navigated complexity with purpose throughout the year. From addressing critical skill gaps to advancing energy-efficient technologies, portfolio companies made meaningful progress on some of today’s most pressing challenges.  

Trill Impact has acquired a majority stake in Primutec, a leading Dutch and German building envelope services company focusing on roofing, lightning protection and solar PV.

Trill Impact’s SHE Index score is 92.8 - which is the highest score in Sweden among the participating companies who have chosen to be transparent with their results. To celebrate this recognition, we spoke to Jan Ståhlberg, Founder and Managing Partner of Trill Impact, who shared his perspective on the importance of advancing gender equality.
