Annual Impact Review 2024
The Operating Principles for Impact Management (the “Impact Principles”) is a framework designed to guide investors in the design, implementation and continuous development of their impact management systems and processes, ensuring that impact considerations are integrated throughout the investment lifecycle. Trill Impact has been a signatory of the Impact Principles since 2020. As a part of the principles, signatories shall publicly disclose their alignment with the Impact Principles and arrange for independent verification of this alignment at regular intervals.
Accordingly, Trill Impact has now published its annual Disclosure Statement for 2025 which is available here. It applies to Trill Impact’s Buyout and Venture strategies and re-affirms that Trill Impact has the policies and procedures in place to manage impact investments in accordance with the Impact Principles.
Trill Impact has also engaged BlueMark to independently assess Trill Impact’s alignment with the principles. BlueMark’s independent Verifier Statement for 2025 can be found here, in which Trill Impact receives highest possible ratings in all applicable categories, given that Trill Impact’s exit assessment has not been operationalized to date.
