Souade is a Legal Manager, with extensive experience in legal and regulatory matters within the private equity, real estate, and debt fund sectors. Before joining Trill Impact, she served as a Senior Manager Legal at regulated fund service providers in Luxembourg. Prior to that, she practiced as a qualified Luxembourg lawyer ("Avocat à la Cour," List 1), specializing in corporate law, transactions, and investment management at Luxembourg law firms.

Souade holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Limoges and has completed the Complementary Courses in Luxembourg Law ("Cours Complémentaire en Droit Luxembourgeois" - CCDL).
