Souade is an Conducting Officer Compliance, with extensive experience in legal and regulatory matters within the private equity, real estate, and debt fund sectors. Before joining Trill Impact, she served as a Senior Manager Legal at regulated fund service providers in Luxembourg. Prior to that, she practiced as a qualified Luxembourg lawyer ("Avocat à la Cour," List 1), specializing in corporate law, transactions, and investment management at Luxembourg law firms.

Souade holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Limoges and has completed the Complementary Courses in Luxembourg Law ("Cours Complémentaire en Droit Luxembourgeois" - CCDL).
