Primutec is a Dutch and German group of companies specialized in sustainable building envelope services. High-quality flat roofing services are complemented by solutions in lightning protection, solar PV, and green roofing. Its comprehensive service offering spans technical design and consulting, in-house certified installation teams, as well as renovation and preventative maintenance.

The company is strongly focused on the renovation segment, supported by macro trends such as an aging building stock, increasing demand for insulation, and a high share of reoccurring revenue from loyal clients.

Primutec was formed through a focused buy and build strategy that has added more than ten companies since 2018. The expansion has been centered on the B2B flat roofing market segment besides several acquisitions in adjacent building envelope disciplines. Recently, the Company grew into the German B2B rooftop solar PV sector.

75% of the building stock in the EU is energy inefficient, with 15-30% of inefficiency being attributed to lack of renovated roofs. Efficient roofing, especially in combination with green roofing and solar PV, is therefore important for energy efficiency and helps enable for climate neutrality in the building sector.
