As an assistant at Trill Impact, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with high-performing colleagues and short deadlines, while at the same time being part of a team which values teamwork and enjoys working together.

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize calendars for a team of 10 people
  • Make travel arrangements, book meetings, restaurant reservations
  • Manage receipts, coordinate invoices and payments within your team
  • Admininstrate, copy/scan, file and organize documents 
  • Support your team with minor IT issues
  • Help with PPT presentations and other materials
  • Support with on-boarding new employees within the team
  • Event planning, organize team events, after works and other activities
  • Daily back-office services

Experience and qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should be a good administrator who enjoys organizing. You have at least an upper secondary education and a few years of experience in a similar role. It is also helpful if you have a background within private equity, banking, law, consulting, or from an international environment. You have experience from various technical systems, and can manage Microsoft Office 365, primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing. If you also know German and/or French, that’s a plus.

You are a good communicator who is professional and enjoys connecting with colleagues and contacts at various levels. You can see the bigger picture, identify opportunities for development and welcome new initiatives. You are solution-oriented and passionate about providing high-quality service. Ideally, you have good self-motivation and engagement within the framework of your own tasks and projects. You can gather information and familiarize yourself with issues quickly.
